Team Reps:  Organizes the swim team and swim meets.

Referee:  Runs the home swim meets.  Certification involved!

Starter:  Runs the swim starter at away meets:  "Take your marks...beep!"  Certification involved!

Stroke & Turn Judge:  Determines if swimmers are using the proper swim technique and often needs to disqualify swimmers.  Certification involved!

Head Automation:  Enters swim entries before home meets, prints the lane cards, and enters swim times during the swim meet.  Training or shadowing required!

Automation Helper:  Reads swim times to the head automation during home and away meets, double and triple checking the times reported.  No training!  You get to sit in the shade and sometimes air conditioning!  We need YOU for automation!

Announcer:  Gives a play-by-play of the swim meet.  No training...be able to use a microphone, tell a few jokes, and make a good playlist.

Clerk of Course:  Gathers swimmers for their events and make sure they are in the correct lane.  No training but it is helpful if you know most of the swimmers!

Timer:  3 timers per lane use a stopwatch to time the swimmer.  You get an up close view of the events.  No training! 

Head Timer:  At home meets, remind timers to clear their watches before each event.  Operate 2 extra stop watches in case a timer messes up.  Collects timer lane cards to hand to the runner.  No training but must have a loud voice and experience as a timer.

Assistant Head Timer:  See above...helps the head timer at away meets.  

Runner:  Collects the timer lane cards from the head timer and brings to automation.  No training...you will definitely get your steps in!

Awards:  Collect labels from automation and put on ribbons (1st - 6th place).  No training!   Might need to take B Meet ribbons home to complete.

Cafe Helper:  Help with set up of Hellcat Cafe before the meet, selling items during the meet, and cleaning up after the meet.
