2026 SWIM TEAM PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Practice While MCPS is still in session

• May 28 - June 18 (Mon - Thurs)
• 5:00-6:00 pm (middle school/high school)
• 6:00-7:00 pm (elementary school)

After MCPS is Out for Summer

• Morning Practice: June 22 - July 17 (Mon - Fri)
  • 10:00 - 11:00 am (all swimmers)
• Evening practice: June 22 - July 17 (No practice on Friday evenings)
  • 5:00 - 6:00 pm (swimmers 12 and older)
  • 6:00 - 7:00 pm (swimmers 11 and younger)

Schedule is subject to change.

No swim team activities on 6/19 (Juneteenth Day), Monday 6/29 (after a double swim meet weekend), and Friday 7/3 (4th of July holiday).

Swimmers participating in All-Star Meets (7/25-26) will have modified practice 7/20-24.
